The Rehabilitation Act of 1973 as amended requires the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program to submit a State Plan that describes how Georgia will administer VR services to assist individuals with disabilities achieve independence through employment. This plan includes goals, objectives and priorities; policies and strategies to achieve those goals; and an annual evaluation of progress. VR incorporates public input and customer feedback into the VR State Plan. The federal Rehabilitation Services Administration requires the plan to be submitted electronically every three years with annual updates. To view the VR State Plan, please click here.
