Working collaboratively, these individual stakeholders ensure that youth with disabilities are exposed to careers in high-tech industries and postsecondary education. This goal is achieved by building coalitions and collaborative partnerships among state and local education, workforce development organizations, community based organizations, advocacy groups, and other public and private sector community resources.
